At DuoEvent, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible cancellation options for our events and tours. Below are the details of our cancellation policy, designed to comply with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and to ensure a fair experience for all our customers. Please review these options carefully before booking.
Cancellation by You
- Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before the Event: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to the event or tour date.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or tour start time, as we allocate resources and staff based on confirmed bookings.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.
Cancellation by DuoEvent
- Weather or Safety Concerns: In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., storms, heavy rain) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), DuoEvent reserves the right to cancel an event for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund, processed within 14 business days, or
- The option to reschedule for a future event at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Minimum Attendance Not Met: Some events, like “Live Music by the Fire on the Beach,” require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, we may cancel the event. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
How to Cancel
- To cancel your booking, please email us at duoevetco@gmail.com or call +90 546 401 52 70 with your booking reference number.
- Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to be eligible for a refund. Verbal cancellations will not be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
