The best way to book a tour is through our website. Pick a time and day that works for your schedule and check our availability. Then, just click book! Our customer support team are always here to answer any questions you might have through our live chat or contact us page. If you have any special requests or would like to organise something or a large party, we’re always happy to assist over the phone or via live chat.

We do not advise you to turn up at the meeting point without a booking. Our tours often fill up quickly and we cannot guarantee that there will be space left.

We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings, depending on our availability. If your preferred tour is not available, it may be sold out. Don’t hesitate to get in touch via our live chat feature or contact us, as we may be able to offer an alternative tour or recommendation for you!

To amend a booking, please contact our customer support team via live chat, phone or email. If your tour was booked through a third party, please contact them to amend your booking.

Amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the tour. Any bookings made in the 24 hours before the date of the tour may be amendable, but may incur a charge. (Due to the limited availability of Colosseum tickets and the allocation of a single ticket per person, we offer a 7-day cancellation policy.)

t is not necessary to print your confirmation voucher and bring it with you. However, we do recommend bringing it with you as it contains useful information and directions to your meeting point.
