DuoEvent provides event organization and tour services, cultural tours, and customized travel experiences in Türkiye.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, date, and participant numbers.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings: Reservations for events or tours can be made via www.duoevent.co. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL) and may include VAT (currently 20% as of May 2025).
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the operation of the website.
Respect event guidelines, including safety instructions provided by DuoEvent staff.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Antalya Courts, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
